Yes, our emotions come up from out of the blue upon us and we only feel our mood change after it happens. To change longstanding patterns NLP is definitely my favourite tool. And being aware that we feel and behave in patterns is the first step to identifying those patterns so that we can then change them if we want to. Thanks for your comment!

"Changing our patterns of behaviour and emotional reactions is no exception."

Not only is it not an exception, I'd go as far as to say that it's even harder than simply learning something new. Breaking habits (patterns of behavior) is definitely one of the hardest things to do - from smoking, overeating and drinking soda to nail biting, playing with your hair and so on. Even harder, though, in my opinion, is changing your emotional reactions. Our emotions are ingrained so deep within our subconscious that it's hard to control how you react emotionally to things without consciously thinking about it.

It most definitely takes a lot of willpower from the person who desires to change their ways if they truly intend to change their emotional reactions. That, or, you know, a little dose of NLP - I know that definitely helped me take control of things!

Hi I suffer with Fibromyalgia, ME and CFS I have metal in my lower back and have to use a stick when walking. I have crippling pain on the top of my thighs.
I run a support group and would like some information about the vibrating plate to give my members.
How benefifical is it for sufferers to use.
