		<description><![CDATA[Week 12   210.6 lbs - 209.0 lbs   (-1.6 lbs)  Weight Loss 26.0 lbs. 4.0 lbs to my goal.
Wednesday April 8, 2009 - Well, I hit my first weight goal target of 210 lbs.  I am extremely happy with my results.  I am absolutely amazed that this program produced the results it did.  Not only did I succeed in the weight loss goal I set for myself.  I also recieved other benefits from the 84 days of Training. 

1. My resting heart rate sits at aroung 56-59 bpm now!  Before it was at 76-79 bpm.  That is Awesome! 

2. My waist line has dropped by 8-10" I think.  Before I started the training program as I said the other day in my blog, my kids could not wrap their arms around my waist when they hugged me.  Same goes with my wife.  She couldn't get her arms around my waist.  Now, they can wrap their arms around me no problem.  That FEELS great!  It's one of those personal rewards that changes your life.  Now I have another reason to stay this way!

3. I feel and look better!  Isn't this everyone's goal?  To look better?  Today, I don't mind wearing jeans.  Today, I don't mind wearing my underarmour.  Today, I don't mind going shirtless at a beach because my body is lean and ripped.  Yes, I have more work to do!  Yes, I now have a new goal to pump up!  To increase my definition.  To bulk up my chest and shred my abs even more.   But I am happy with these results. 

4. One last benefit this program has given to me and my family.  By training every day for the last 84 days at home in front of my TV.  What that has done is create an atmosphere of exercise in my home.  Here's what I mean by that.  My 9 year old daughter joins me in the morning for a workout.  My 8 year old son joins me in the morning for a workout as well.  And they are serious about it.  They train hard because they want to be fit as well.  Sometimes I ask if they want to exercise with me, but 90% of the time it's Cedric or Karis who joins in.  As well, my wife has started up on a program too because she wants to increase her fitness level as well.  Karen has started the Billy Blanks Bootcamp program. 84 days of HELL!  No, just kidding.  Actually, I like his program. It's pretty good!

Anyhow.  I am happy that I did the training.  And I would recommend this to everybody I know and everybody I don't know because it can change your life in 10 minutes!  Just stick with it even if you suck at it. Even if you can barely get through the 10 minutes. Even if you are fit already.  The added benefits you get will amaze you!  The added benefits will change your life.!

My goal  205.0 lbs - My Personal Weight Goal by the start of Week 13 is 205 lbs.
