In light of the Academy Awards that transpired this past weekend. I want to dedicate a post to the Oscars of Fitness Equipment 2011. This is the inaugural awards for fitness equipment presented by Fitness Town and yours truly and it is to give you an idea of what kind of tools and machines you need for your desired goals. Incredible results. My hips are becoming more powerful and enduring. When I do the Hurdle Jumps, I can stay with the minions on TV. I can also hurdle my leg high. Excited about the results. My core is on fire though. It feels so tight. Is that a good thing? ~ Chris Ducharme.

Trained with Karis. First time my daughter did the complete workout with me. It was awesome. She’s such a fit girl. Around round 7, I tweeked my knee today. Nothing like I ever felt before. It felt like I tore something. I had to finish the workout on 1 leg! ~ Chris Ducharme

Enjoy this workout! After 3 weeks and 3 or 4 tries, it becomes bareable. Still the toughest workout of the INSANITY workouts I have done thus far! ~ Chris Ducharme
