Incredible results. My hips are becoming more powerful and enduring. When I do the Hurdle Jumps, I can stay with the minions on TV. I can also hurdle my leg high. Excited about the results. My core is on fire though. It feels so tight. Is that a good thing? ~ Chris Ducharme.
