If you have not yet heard about the P90X, a 90 day home fitness program, and you want to get in shape, look no further. There are many infomercials on TV promoting the latest fitness craze. Companies want to get into to the minds of the out of shape majority of the population and offer a simple, quick fix solution to get fit. Unfortunately, most products you see on TV simply does not work because there is no easy answer. If getting in shape was easy, everybody would be fit.
