Let’s face it, even though cardiovascular exercise is the number one way to strenghten our heart and lungs, the main reason we do it is to burn body fat and/or lose weight.   Some want a combination of the two while some want to concentrate more on one than the other.  For example, you may be [...]

Day #3 – 10 Minute “YOGA FLEX” workout

Day 3 of training, Day 4 of eating right and……………… I feel fine.  No cravings.  No urge to go slam 2 Filet o’ Fish burgers, a Mcchicken and a bucket of fries from McDonalds.  The food I’ve been eating tastes bland and like paper, but I guess that’s what they say.  Stuff that’s good for [...]

Day 2 – 10 Minutes Trainer – “CARDIO” workout

Day #1 – 10 Minute Trainer – “UPPER BODY” 10 Movements / 10 Minutes

I started Tony Hortons 10 minute training program DVD yesterday. My wife had purchased it off the TV months before we got it in at Fitness Town. I can spare 10 minutes so I fugure why not. My goal is to become fit again. To be cardiovascularily fit and to be able to run long sprints and to be able to play a solid, fast paced game of basketball and to shed 25 lbs. In order to do this, I have given up fast food. In fact, my last fast food meal was Sushi on Sunday Jan 11th @ 7:00 pm while I was doing payroll. Since then, I have been eating platters of raw vegetables while at work, I’ve been drinking my protien shakes in the morning and I’ve been spreading my eating out over the course of the day.

I’ve started a Vblog as well. I’m documenting my traiing and putting snippets on www.Youtube.com/mrreman

I really want to see this transformation becuase man have I gotten fat. I notice myself sucking in my gut and shit. Wow! I now understand what they mean by denial is not only a river in Egypt!

I have been an avid snowboarder for the past 11 years trying to make it to the mountains at least 2 days a week snow permitting.  The great thing about snowboarding is the constant challenge of the varying terrain, the surrounding scenery is a bonus.
