Short on time? Need a quick fitness workout in that hotel room?

If you can find a gym while your on vacation or away for work great, if not then I would recommend that you do a simple workout I just set up for one of my clients who is away for work for the weekend.

Nothing spectacular here. Just a couple of different exercises that target most of the major muscle groups.
