When shopping for an elliptical cardio machines, you come across a vast selection of machines ranging from $300 to over $5000. Contrary to popular belief, if you spend more money, you’re not paying for the “bells and whistles” programming, you are actually buying a more durable, stable, smoother machine. With all of these huge sales on all the time like 50% off a $2000 machine, it’s easy to lose sight of what to really look for when making the right buying decision. Here is a simple checklist of what to look for when buying an elliptical machine.

John Donne once wrote “No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent.” There is a lot of wisdom in this quote. First, I believe he means that we are all connected, and two, that we cannot live our lives alone. We need other people to connect with, to laugh with, and to count on. To achieve any goal we need all kinds of resources and people are some of the most important resources we could have.
