Why do we need to do the challenge when we work at a Fitness store, surrounded by all the best fitness gear, with awesome staff and a management team that lives and breathes fitness? Well sometimes we too get sidetracked with what I’ll just call ‘life’. And so we are making this COMMITMENT as a TEAM which will be our MOTIVATION and a little competitive spirit which doesn’t hurt either! Not sure if you have seen all the news surrounding McDonald’s and childhood obesity, but there is a new ordinance in San Fransico saying that McDonald’s (and other restaurants for that matter) are unable to offer toys with their meals (a big loss for happy meals) as they want to remove any incentives that will encourage or support children eating unhealthy.
