Day 8 Cardio Recovery “INSANITY” 60 Day T.B.C.

Day 8 Insanity Thoughts

“This is my second recovery workout thus far. If you define recovery “”return to an original state; this recovery workout kind of does the opposite. My original state is not flexible, or exhausted or tired

Again, I am noticing a difference with my flexibility after only 8 days. I was much better at holding the hip flexor positions this time around and I was really happy with this.

After 8 days I am officially down 7lbs. Absolutely amazing! Believe it!

Day 7 – Plyometric Cardio Circuit – “INSANITY” 60 Day T.B.C.

Today was a very tiring workout. I feel like I’m still exhausted from Tuesdays Pure Cardio workout. I had no energy in my muscles.

I pushed myself to go hard during the insanity phase and the High rep phase, and tried to take it easy during the warm-up pace. It honesty didn’t matter because I was spent by round 6. Completely roasted! I could barely get up and down during the level 1 drills.

Day 6 – Pure Cardio “INSANITY” 60 Day T.B.C.

Again another tough workout! Pure cardio…. Is exactly
what it’s called. Pure cardio.

9 minute cardio warmup, then a 6 minute cardio style

every muscle fibre in your body to the point of exhaustion.
If you are wondering what glycogen stores are? After this

going to need to store as much as possible.

Good luck with the workout. Hope you are able to complete
it from the start to finish. I sure didn’t this time!
