About Arlen

Arlen is a certified fitness trainer and also has a background in nutrition. He has been active in the fitness industry since 1986. Prior to being recruited to manage our Langley, Fitness Town location in 1997, Arlen was and still remains an avid athlete. Some of his sports include hockey, basketball, and soccer. He also played volleyball for the Canadian Junior National team. Arlen is known for his professionalism and courteous nature. His wealth of knowledge in exercise physiology, fitness equipment, and nutrition has earned him the nickname "The Doc", as he is often referred to by both colleagues and clients. Look for Arlen at our Langley location. You'll be glad you did.

Strength Training for Women

For those of you woman that are looking for that edge in your training please consider the missing link.
