Day 6   Insanity Thoughts
Again another tough workout!  Pure cardio….  Is exactly
what it’s called.  Pure cardio.

9 minute cardio warm up, then a 6 minute cardio style
stretch, then 15 minutes of straight non stop, no break
cardio action.  15 intense movements that use and contract
every muscle fibre in your body to the point of exhaustion.
If you are wondering what glycogen stores are? After this
workout, you will want to go learn more because you are
going to need to store as much as possible.

Good luck with the workout. Hope you are able to complete
it from the start to finish. I sure didn’t this time!
