| 9 minute cardio warm up, then a 6 minute cardio style | |||||||||||||
| stretch, then 15 minutes of straight non stop, no break | |||||||||||||
| cardio action. 15 intense movements that use and contract | |||||||||||||
| every muscle fibre in your body to the point of exhaustion. | |||||||||||||
| If you are wondering what glycogen stores are? After this | |||||||||||||
| workout, you will want to go learn more because you are | |||||||||||||
| going to need to store as much as possible. | |||||||||||||
