Getting back at it after our trip to Vegas!

Warm-Up:
50 x two arm 28kg kettlebell swings

3 Rounds for time of the following exercise set:

* 50 x Air squats
* 40 x Ab-mat sit-ups
* 30 x Push-ups
* 20 x Wallballs using 20lbs Muscledriver slamball
* 10 x Pull-ups

My time: 3:30 for the warm-up, 25:23 for the 3 rounds. Nothing to impressive, but after all those Vegas buffets I’m just happy I finished! My average heart rate was 158 bpm. Max 181 bpm.
