TRX Suspension Training: Have you tried it?

I’ve been an avid crossfitter for almost 2 years now and just recently I’ve started to incorporate the TRX into some of my weekly WOD’s. I have to say I’m a believer now and have been noticing huge gains with both my static and dynamic lifts, as well, my core doesn’t fatigue as quickly when doing sit-ups, ring dips, or pull ups. Crazy, I know, I sound like an infomercial, but all you have to do is try it once and you’ll know what I’m talking about.
