Overcoming the obstacle

For the last few weeks I have been on the diet I had planned and a new workout strength routine catered to swimming specific training. Including leg press, leg extension, leg curl, ab exercises, push ups and rotator cuff exercises. I was also doing 5-10 mins of cardio before and after the work outs as a warm up and cool down routine.

Salvation Army, Fitness Town, Starbucks & Staples team up for the kids

Fitness Town is extremely happy to have had the opportunity to participate alongside other retailers such as Staples and Starbucks to assist the Salvation Army with their fund-raising endeavors. Every September, single-parent and low-income families struggle to equip their children for a new school year. Each year, The Salvation Army supports these families by distributing donated school supplies. Given the current economic downturn, The Salvation Army anticipated an increase in demand for this service. To handle the increased demand, during the months of July and August, all Lower Mainland Starbucks, Staples and Fitness Town locations collected donations, back packs and school supplies for the children in need, through The Salvation Army.
