I’m going to start posting a bunch of tips and strategies to help all you gals and mamas out there lose weight, feel great and live a healthy lifestyle. As a new mom [I have a gorgeous 6 month old] and busy entrepreneur, I know how challenging it can often be to find just 2 minutes a day to throw on a little mascara let alone find 30-60 minutes to workout. However, I’ve quickly discovered that if I don’t make regular exercise a priority in my life, I get moody and I feel frumpy, and I’m no damn good to anyone. Eating right and working out regularly is an absolute must if you want to stay looking good, feeling good and be a positive role model to your kiddies. If I can find the time, believe me, so can you.
