DAY 53 – 10 MINUTE TRAINER by Tony Horton “CARDIO” + “CARDIO CORE” + “HIP HOP ABS” + “POWER 90 HAWAII” yes.. I trained for about 90 minutes straight today.

For some reason, I had a ton of energy today.  I hustled through  my 10 Minute workouts “Cardio” and “Cardio Core” today with energy to spare.  So, I decided to try out Hip Hop Abs.  My wife purchased Hip Hop Abs by Shaun T last year and I never gave it a shot  until now.  My review on it.  It was ok.  Nothing special.  Just ok!  If your looking for a serious workout, then your best off with the 10Minute trainer or Power 90 or Power 90x (P90X).  If you don’t remember the infomecial for Hip Hop Abs the check out www.beachbody.com for a preview.

Today, we (my wife and I) did the Ab Sculpt session from HipHopAbs.  Signature ab moves to get you the six-pack you’ve always wanted without a single sit-up or crunch. (25 minutes).  This series will take a bit of coordination because of the dance movements.

After HIPHOP ABS, I still had energy. WOWY so I decided to try the original POWER 90 that comes with my 10 minute trainer dvd.  I took a look at it before and I saw that it was taped outside in Hawaii. So why not!  THe first time a I did the original power 90 years ago, it was excellent.  Every thing about the series was great!  And obviously Tony gained huge success and popularity from it. 

This Power 90 Hawaii edition was no different.  It’s just such a good workout.  The workout “5 Rounds of Total Fat burning” and by the end I was sweatin.  Read my next blog becuase I am going to compare the three videos.
