DAY 52 – 10 MINUTE TRAINER by Tony Horton “YOGA FLEX” … Karis and Cedric went to work today.

My kids went to work today.  Not my work no!  They started their own jobs today.  They work in the film industry now.  Nothing major.  We got them started with the basics doing extra work in movies and commercials.  They were on set today of a commercial and they loved it.  Karis said “that’s hard work dady.  We had to do 5 or 6 takes.  We constantly had to run into the Bouncy Castle jump around.  Come back out and re do it over and over.. Man am I beat”  priceless. 

On that note.  My kids are in wicked shape.  They are ripped. Ced is lean. The kids got a 15″ vertical.  Not bad for an 8 year old.  Higher than some 6’2″ kids I know.

Karis is tough.  She’s built solid.  It’s from the form of dicipline I put them through if they are bad or deliquent.  Exercise.  Pushups, pullups, situps, carlito pushups….

On that note, my workout was good today.  Today being the rest day in a way becuase it was only Yoga Flex I needed to do.  Man I find some of the positions in Yoga flex challenging and Painfull.  RIGHT ANGLE POSE.  ow.  That stretch with a twist is painful.   How longe does it take to limber up?

Does anybody know.

“Tooday, my eating could have been planned much better.  And based on what I brought, I should have eaten more.  I should also have eaten my shake and I should have not slammed 2 containers of my Famous Chicken for dinner tonight.  On a positive note.  i didn’t eat after 8pm.”
