Today was another one of those days whereby I had to FORCE myself to do the work. Self talk, “Chris, it’s only 10 minutes” “Chris, just do 10 now and 10 later” “Chris, do it, but don’t work as hard. Just go through the motions” Is that a struggle or what. I know what everybody is saying. It’s only 10 minutes. Or, you’ve only been doing it for a month and a half. Or, how had can it be? Who ever said keeping with it for 90 days straigh would be easy! didn’t know what they were talking about.
I’m almost half way through the 10 minute trainer program and the compliments that I get are great. People notice the change. I don’t. I look in the mirror and I feel great. I can see the results becuase I can see the double chin has gone into hiding. It was difficult ~ actually a better word woutld be horrible weighing in at 235 lbs. Absolutely horrible. I could be rude and vulgor about why, but the bottom line is I ddin’t like what I saw when I looked in the mirror and knew I needed to make a change. For my kids, for my wife, for my future, for my health, for my job.
My body weight wasn’t going down. I was only getting heavier. I’ve never weight anything over 230. Next thing you know.. it (the weight) creeps up on you doesn’t it? And it scares the F#@!$k out of everbody. Withing the next12 to 18 months, I probably would have weighed in at 265lbs. Can You imagine that. 265lbs maybe even more. That would have been insane. I can not imagine what I would have looked like, or how I would have felt about myself. Shit, I lie. I can imagine. If I am being honest with myself, then I could imagine what I would have looked like. how I would have felt. Not good, not good at all.
The results that I am achieving are…….. shocking……………. amazing…………… extraordinary! I am beyond serious when I say, I’ve only done 3 things.
MY 3 SECRETS ARE
1. 10 minutes of training daily Tony Horton Style! everyday for the last 41 days (for the last 13 days I have been doing 20 minutes)
2. 5 containers! packed with food. They are your breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. last one at 7:30 pm.
3. Don’t quit. Plug away, stick with it, talk my self into completing a 10 minute workout, just do it!
This is a life change becuase the results are worth the 10 Minutes. ~
