DAY 27 – 10 MINUTE TRAINER “TOTAL BODY” see what I say about this workout and see what supplements I’m adding

This workout still burns the shoulders.  Every time I do this workout, I remember how much the resistance burns the shoulder musles out.  After you do the corkscrew/military press, there are so many static holds that involve the shoulder…  Feel the burn baby!  Feeel the burn!

I’m going to try something a little different here.

I am going to post my workouts as usual, then my meal / hydration plan and then my supplementation for the day.  Keep everyone updated on the supplements that I like to include in my workouts.

A lot of people are against supplements.  They say “it’s cheating”, “it’s a waiste of money”.  I’m not a supplement sales person and I’m not a TW… I noticed that my posts come up high on google.  If you type in 10 minute trainer Yoga Flex, then it comes up # 2 or 3…  So I figure that there are some readers out there reading this rant.  Why not keep it interesting.  And for my benefit.  I keep records of what I eat when I train and what I take when I train.  I don’t use Roids at all. Never did, never will.  But I will use the best “BEST” best in supplementation and nutrition when I train.  Why not. I need to recover and the faster the better.  If I can get exponential results taking a great supplement like ANATOR P70 by Muscle tech, then why not.
