Body Fat (Too much!) Week 3 review
Results!! I know I said I wasn’t going to weigh myself but I did. 215lbs, down 8lbs in 3 weeks! Down 1.5% body fat since I started 3 weeks ago. Starting to notice some small differences now when looking in the mirror. Feeling great too! That’s all for now. Jamie
