Total Body 2 – Loaded with fat-burning cardio moves to sculpt your entire body!

This Total Body 2 session is by far the best training session thus far.  Challenging moves.  very creative and fun to do. I could see myself pushing hard in this workout every time I do it.

5:00 – 4:00         SQUAT LUNGE

4:00 – 3:00         SIDE LUNGE ROTATIONS

3:00 – 2:00         3-PART AB CRUNCH

2:00 – 1:00         SCISSOR FLY CRUNCH COMBO

1:00 – 0:00         LUNGE-KICKBACK-CURL-TWIST

2:00 - 0:00     Cool-down (reccomended)

MEAL 1 - 11:30 AM – MINI WHEATS (1CUP WITH 1/2 CUP MILK)

MEAL 2 - 12:30 pm – TROUT WITH BEANS.

MEAL 3 – 2:30 – meta shake

MEAL 4- 5:30 – protein bar 

MEAL 5 – 7:30 pm – not sure
