My Workout Log – Week of April 27th, 2008

Monday: Chest, Tri’s, Abs

Tuesday:  Shoulders, Bi’s, finish with burpees and bag work. – do one burpee in front of a heavy bag and follow it up with a punch combo on the heavy bag.  Repeat with no rest.

Friday:  300 Spartan Workout (23 and 40 sec.)

  • 25 pull-ups
  • 50 dead-lifts (135lbs)
  • 50 24inch box jumps
  • 50 push-ups
  • 50 floor sweepers (135lbs)
  • 50 clean and press (35lbs kettle bell)
  • 25 pull-ups
