Too often we neglect certain fitness elements, and focus on only what we enjoy or have time for. There is very little we can effectively trim from a balanced workout without sacrificing results. So how can we fit proper warm-ups, adequate cardio workouts, challenging strength training routines, core/postural exercises, and much-needed stretching, all in the shortest amount of time? Combination training can help bring it all together.
